Why We Joined the Vibrant Workplace Accelerator
Earlier this year, we embarked on a cultural journey: the Vibrant Workplace Accelerator and its innovative employee experience platform, mooqi® — which was proudly developed right here at Nuvolar by our talented team.
Our goal was clear:

What is the Vibrant Workplace Accelerator?
The Accelerator, spearheaded by Vibrant Talent, is a 12-week cultural enhancement program that helps companies optimize organizational culture, boost business performance, and stand out as employers of choice.
Using mooqi®, we collected daily feedback and tracked employee engagement over time to understand how our people experience work at Nuvolar — and how we could improve.
Key steps included:
- Daily pulse check-in.
- Anonymous engagement surveys at the start and end.
- Workshops and coaching to turn insights into action.
- Transparent conversations about how to grow together.
What We Learned
Through open feedback and participation from our team, we gained a deeper understanding of what makes Nuvolar special — and where we could improve.
We discovered:
- Higher engagement and morale when everyone’s voice is heard.
- A stronger sense of trust and psychological safety.
- How a vibrant culture translates to better collaboration and performance.
