Today, Luxaviation manages more than 250 aircraft under 15 Air Operator Certificates (AOC) and employs over 1,400 aviation professionals dedicated to safety, performance, and exceptional service.

THE CHALLENGE
Luxaviation needed an enterprise system capable of connecting and streamlining its global
operations.
The solution had to integrate the company’s fleet management, crew coordination, and departmental processes across 15 Air Operator Certificates (AOCs) worldwide.
Because each AOC operates under different regulations and workflows, the system also needed to ensure data consistency and compliance while remaining flexible enough to adapt as Luxaviation grows and regulations evolve.
Ultimately, the goal was to create a unified platform that improved communication between departments and enhanced operational efficiency across the entire organization.

Building a single platform for global operations
Nuvolar partnered with Luxaviation to design and deliver NuvolOps, a unified aviation platform built as a custom software development solution that connects every operational area across the organization.
Progressive global rollout
Implementation began with the two smallest ExecuJet regions (Australia and the Middle East).
After successful go-lives, the rollout expanded into larger and more complex regions, such as Switzerland and South Africa.Once stabilized, all remaining Luxaviation regions were onboarded, supported by extensive user training to ensure smooth adoption.
