Coral Memorial needed a way to streamline their processes in Salesforce

Coral Memorial had invested heavily in Salesforce: licenses, configuration, and a custom setup developed by a third-party provider.
Expectations were high, but the delivered solution did not match the sales team’s workflows or needs.

Simplifying the experience

We rebuilt the interface from scratch to make it clear, fast, and role-based. Unnecessary fields were removed, navigation was reorganized, and new layouts made every screen more intuitive.

Smarter pricing and automation

The original pricing logic was overly complicated. Nuvolar replaced it with a simplified, accurate engine that allowed Sales Reps to generate quotes independently and without errors.

Customized templates were developed to automate the creation of quotes and invoices. These templates were flexible, branded, and fully connected to Salesforce data.
